What is the minimum order?+
25 labels per design. You can bundle many designs (strains, SKUs or sizes) into one order, and orders with 3+ designs get a bundle discount.
How fast is turnaround?+
Standard production is about 4–5 business days after you approve your digital proof (or after payment if you skip the proof), plus shipping. Rush (about 2–3 business days) is available when capacity allows.
Which countries do you serve?+
We have templates for the US (six starter states), Canada, Germany, Malta, Luxembourg, Uruguay, Thailand, Australia, the UK, Switzerland, the Netherlands and South Africa. International shipping and any import duties are confirmed with your order confirmation.
Can I see prices in my currency?+
Yes. Choose your country or currency and the calculator converts our USD base prices using a fixed reference rate table. Your final price is confirmed in writing with your proof.
Do your templates make my labels compliant?+
Our templates are a starting point that lays out the kinds of information rules commonly require. Rules change and vary by product type, so you are responsible for reviewing your final artwork and confirming it meets current regulations. We don’t provide legal advice.
Can you add lot numbers and COA QR codes?+
Yes. We can print sequential lot or batch numbers and QR codes that link to your certificate of analysis — one QR per batch or a unique code per label.
Do you sell or ship cannabis?+
No. labelovable prints labels and stickers only. We never handle, sell or ship cannabis products.
How do I pay?+
Place your order on the Order page. We send a payment link or invoice together with your digital proof (unless you skip it); orders are paid in full before production.
